Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of customer-oriented experience required

• Needs to be customer-oriented!

• We don’t require candidates to have sold cars and believe that you never know where your best sales rep will come from. We love people from the following backgrounds but, all who have a customer-oriented background are encouraged to apply! Bartenders, waiters/waitresses, retail sales, door-to-door sales, face-to-face sales/customer service

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Larry H. Miller sales process to achieve or exceed group standards such as sales production, gross profit and applicable benchmarks which result in profitability and customer service satisfaction.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of current automotive products, features, benefits, specifications, prices, options, models and equipment to effectively communicate with customers and exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks.

• Build and maintain a remarkable customer centered sales and service experience.

• Recommend, select and help locate or obtain inventory based on customer needs and desires.

• Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail and person to person.

• Maintain a prospective development plan.

• Follow up with customers regularly to ensure ongoing sales and service relationships are maintained.

• Monitor, track and strive to meet sales goals each month.

• Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.

• Effectively communicate with and perform all job duties requested by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
